Requirements:
Event Viewer requires a system running Delta Controls’ enteliWEB v2.2 building management system with the API add-on. Description:
Event Viewer allows you to receive notifications from your building automation and energy management system on your smartphone or tablet. But more than just notifying you, Event Viewer becomes a portable window into your enteliWEB system and allows you to directly interact with that system. With Event Viewer, you’ll always stay up to date on important system alarms, monitored objects, and events from 3rd party systems. For facilities managers, logging into this app allows you to stay connected without constantly being tied to a desk, checking software. You’ll be updated with system events with the same convenience of email or text notifications. You can also tailor the notifications that are sent to each individual from the system. So, security personnel can be sent access events without being interrupted by temperature alarms that don’t matter to them. For multi-building facilities, you can group staff to buildings or zones so that they only receive the updates that are relevant to them. Supervisory staff can filter notifications based on priority so they are only notified when it counts. You can make notes within events that are then added to the system database so you can manage maintenance workflows right from your mobile device. You can check alarms in Event Viewer, then click through to the mobile page in enteliWEB for more information. The workflow is seamless.

Check alarms in Event Viewer and “click through” to the mobile page in enteliWEB to find out more about any alarm or event for a seamless workflow directly from the app.
